I visited the subway today around 4:15 pm and grabbed some chicken classic and veggie wraps for me and my friends. They were perfectly wrapped, and everyone absolutely loved them! The customer service was top-notch, and a special shoutout to the girl who was handling at least 10 customers all on her own, keeping a bright smile the whole time!
The staff member, a young lady, struggled to communicate effectively due to limited English proficiency. While I appreciate her effort, it led to misunderstandings and errors.nnMy sub was a mess - salads were falling out, and the wrong sauce was applied. It seemed like a rushed job.nnI hope Subway will provide language support and training to ensure staff can provide better customer service and food quality.
Overpriced $ 18.20 for a Chicken and Avo Sub with light filling, The guy middle aged serving me not pleasant at all. By far my worst subway experience in 30years. Wont be back to this outlet.
It was fine for a meal, however attitude of my server felt like they couldn't be bothered - get another job if you're not happy.
I’ve been to a few Subway’s and this one always seems to have the fresher bread, friendlier service and just an all around good feel.nOne time the manager even made my order and drive it to where I was working. Now that’s what I call going the extra mile for the customer.nIn a great location of the business district of Bassendean, right on the intersection of Collier Road and Grey street.nAs they’re in a semi industrial location, their opening hours may differ a little from the other stores. So if your driving past it’s well worth the effort of dropping in for a sandwich.
