Sam is an absolute whizz, we had a massive order with many alterations and special requests. It got really busy and he didn’t make any mistakes under pressure. A real class act!
Have to say. Very dissatisfying.nThe bread tasted stale.nThe steak over cooked so dry.nThe girl serving was polite and professional.nVery disappointed in the meal tho.nAte 1/4 of a foot long and threw the rest out.
Feel like a gamble? This one is a bit of a hit and miss. One day a fresh, delicious sub, another day a soggy tasteless slop. One day you get your food within minutes, another day they forget your order or give you a wrong menu item. On one such occasion after receiving an Uber delivery from these guys I returned to shop to find it closed, after a long wait I tossed it all in the garbage and went to McDonald's where I know I can at least get a consistent customer service and food experience.
Probably the worst Subway franchise of all time. Tonight I made an uber eats order for 2 subs one chicken fillet and one TURKEY. The order arrived and my turkey sub, was in fact a TUNA sub. I rang subway gumdale and mentioned the error of the order, I talked to Catherine? maybe, couldnt remember to be honest, and i informed her of the situation. To my surprise she acknowledged the mistake, stating that mixing up the tuna and turkey sub orders 'happens a lot'. Which is obviously extremely concerning that the staff cant read.nI asked if i could please get my correct sub in which she replied, 'no worries make another uber eats order of a 'cookie' and they will throw in the 'free' sub'. I asked, what about the service fee and delivery fee from uber eats? In which she replied, 'well you can come pick it up from the store.' I'm not sure if she understands what type of service uber eats ACTUALLY provides. I asked for a gift card or some sort of acknowledgment that there was an error and I could get a turkey sub from the store one day in the near future, in which she stated 'we dont do that'. Long story short, do not go to this store, do not order a turkey sub or order from deliveroo or uber eats.
Being a local I tend to come to this subway often, and am genuinely happy with the way my sandwiches are made, however..nToday I was extremely disappointed with my seafood sensation footlong which was made by a youngster who seemed to lack the experience in judgment of portion sizes.nThe scoops of seafood she was adding were so small 1/3 of the scoop that all I could taste was the bread and salad.nnVery very disappointed, not to mention feeling ripped off!!!nnInadequate training/poor mentoring for this employee! Please resolve this issue incase of future occurrences!
