Food was good but service was very slow and it was hard to hear what employees were saying. It took 25 minutes for 5 people to be served about 7 sandwiches. There were 7 of us in line but 2 left. Poor kids need better training from managers.
Ordered salad with fried chicken pieces and sweet onion dressing. No dressing arrived with order, otherwise salad was ok. Chicken schnitzel foot long sub wasn’t particularly nice according to hubby.
Has gone downhill in recent years; slow undertrained staff who always seem to be on at peak times. Better acknowledgement of those waiting in the queue is required. Huge price hikes don’t help either. Still, the food is generally fresh and you can at least feel full after a meal, which is more than can be said for other international fast food chains…
Ordered online, poor quality sandwich and wasn't toasted when it was requested. They left off avo which I paid extra for and a couple other ingredients. They don't reply to their emails. Staff is nice but go somewhere else.
Loved my subway sandwich there grouse as anything etc.
