Staff are absolute animals. No smiles, no manners, no have a nice day absolute NO customer service skills. Ask for my sub to be extra toasted and get an eye roll. Complained to the store but never seems like nothing ever happens. Have found hair 2/3 times I’ve been there and decided that’s enough. Been disgusting ever since the new owners come in.
Not that I usually do this but seriously. Take a beat here.. I live around the corner and I don't usually get this, but twice... Recently I've had foul service and foul food.nn6-inch Italian herb n cheese - toasted turkey n hamnnFirst time the order was fine but they overcharged me and didn't give me my three cookies only two. Fine. I can't be bothered walking up to complain.nnToday... I don't know if they train their staff but I had to almost yell at the staff because she skimmed out and had no idea what I was saying. Rude customer service made us wait one cared more about sweeping then servings and the other lady cared more about condiments and stuff not happy with service
The person who made this footlong sandwich seems to lack basic common sense because they failed to cut it into two pieces which they have to. Additionally, it seems that the quality of the bread has been consistently poor in the past and the person is disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in the service provided.
I just had to share my love for Subway! I'm a regular customer, literally visiting 4 times a week, and let me tell you, I'm never disappointed! The food is always made with love and tastes absolutely delicious. The women at the restaurant are amazing too, providing friendly and top-notch service. Subway, you've got a loyal fan in me! Keep up the great work!
