We entered the subway/mcdonalds. Intended to order from both and eat in, thinking it was a shared dining area. Each table was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. We asked the subway staff if we could have a cloth to clean the table, to which the last replied what type of cloth, I replied maybe a cloth with some spray and wipe to which she replied, I CANNOT GIVE YOU CHRMICALS, to which I replied ok well maybe you could have someone wipe it for us then? To which she then replied I'm not a cleaner, that's the cleaners job, we then asked where we could find the cleaner and the lady stated that there wasn't one there. Mind you you pay $17 for a foot long you thunk you'd be assisted with eating on a clean table. Not to mention the amount of flies ALL OVER THE FOOD. Infront of staff flies flew and landed all over the food. I'd hate the see the state of food when unattended.nWe then politely asked the mcdonalds staff for the same assistance to which the lovely young lady went and got a cloth and spray to wipe the table for us.nWe will never ever approach, or eat from that subway again. The food was as gross as the staff.
Today we were served by two lovely ladies, who seemed happy to be at work and happy to serve. They made great subs and nice clean kitchen space. Thank you :
Not worth the money $31 just for a footlong and two drinks this is the most expensive subway in cairns and it’s not even good very disappointing and the young lady that served me I could not hear her one bit terrible but the other girl with black her omg the most sweetest kindest young girl if I could give her a tip I would
Great customer service best subway, I ordered the veggie delight with rye bread everything made so fresh!!! & includes avocado yum
Let them know there were 2 huge flies in their cookies display box all over their cookies. Clearly they had been in there a while. So they opened up the display shooed out the flies and locked it back up the girl was also so sparing on all the topping. Literally only 3 slivers of lettuce. What a joke. Won't be going back. Unhygienic and not worth the money
