Thanks for changing everything and now closing instead of staying 24 hours... Used to me my go to after working late for a feed after work... Always have to ruin a good thing for no reason.Food: 1/5

This is the most useless store I have ever come across. The management of the store is absolutely trash, I could run it better with a pinky finger. every Uber experience I’ve had from this store is always wrong or something is missing. They also cancel you Uber orders when there store is to busy because they are ridiculously useless at there job. oh and not to forget they can’t even answer a phone what a joke! Get it together, seriously it’s not rocket science it’s making sandwiches.

I’m a semi regular here and every time i get served by the assistant manager Karleigh i get the absolute worst customer service. She seems so eager to just get rid of every customer she has and seems to be in a bad mood every day, haven’t ever seen her smile at a customer ever. If you hate your job that much you should leave. Absolutely rude attitude.

I go here often and usually the service is great but this time I got served by “Karleigh” and it wasn’t a nice experience. She did not give good customer service and she’s meant to be the manager. She also shows she clearly doesn’t want to be there, it might be time to find a new job!

everytime i order subway on uber from this store i receive stale bread that literally crumbles from touch. i even write in the notes for fresh bread. i’ve never complained before but after the third time i called up and he answers the phone saying “hello” instead of saying “hello, subway .. speaking. super unprofessional and when i said the bread was stale; he disagreed and said it was freshly made.

3 out of 4 times i’ve ordered subway here my bread has been so stale it crumbles and this time i have stale bread and they forgot the cheese. Can’t even call and complain because they don’t do anything about it anyways.

Been ordering for a while and this Subway’s been consistent in its quality. Great late night snack — just ordered for my brother and I’s exam prep and received really sweet notes for the night! Thanks for the good service!

I have come here out of convenience a few times and the service I received has been consistently poor.  The employees are either occupied chatting away with the OTR boys, or so incompetent they couldn’t close the packaging box’s without getting frustrated and asking for help.  It isn’t worth the hassle to buy food here, eat anywhere else.
