Went into Subway tonight and they were understaffed with a trainee on their first shift. She did an incredible job and what we ordered was great. The manager had great customer service skills.

Ok, not great. Not the fastest sub makers. Online orders can take 20-30 minutes before being ready for pickup, regardless of how many customers are in the store. Right now I'm waiting for a single sub ordered 35 minutes ago.Food: 3/5

High Wycombe store is normally my local and I’ve never had a problem there but I’ve moved and this store is now closer to me and the difference in customer service is crazy. I’m always polite to retail workers but the staff here are just grumpy and seem to be bothered by having to serve anyone and I’m ignored for at least a minute or two before they even acknowledge me. This has been my experience every time I’ve been here which has only been a few times.  The staff member tonight was Shanah and she was particularly grumpy.

I’ve been to this subway many times and I just lacks something that all the other subways have. Not only are you rushed by staff to make an order which has happened even when the store wasn’t busy but I’m always disappointed by the lack of care they put into making an order. Even the lack of toppings is ridiculous especially when you ask for more.

I had Italian herb bread option every thing was fresh and nice but I felt the bread was very dry and very crunchy might have cooked bit longer .

This Subway to me, the door is in a funny location. Food was good and service was good. You know how its location locationits got that but it's and awkward door way and the way the walk way goes past it. It smells amazing.  The baked bread smell fills the air, is extremely inviting. There are always people in there.

Never follow what the online order says. Sub was hardly toasted and just tasted average, very hit and miss. Felt like taking it back

I was there at date of 28/02/22 at time of 1:10 pm , the lady announced we can’t accept card or tap payment, we only accept  CASH I was middle of the line and waiting for my half done order to get ready , than I explained her that I can’t  manage Chas at moment , she replied me go to atm next door and get cash out . So is there any rule that we can’t get food on card payment after some time in Subway

Safe hand hygiene when working with food requires atleast 15 sec of hand washing.  Not touching gloves with dirty hands and try to tell me that you had washed them when 3 seconds and no soap isn't going to do a lot to kill germs  Edit - the same kid just touched money then went to touch my food then refused to wash his hands or change his gloves.  Wow    just wow, his supervisor even told him to and he refused.
