One star is being generous. Order theee wraps, they were cold with the cheese completely still in pieces. When you can for a complain they just give a phone number to call. Not even a SORRY for your disgusting lunch!
No happy with the 6 inch sub I just purchased. The amount if filling is a disgrace and the bun was overheated dry and hard... I definitely will not be going back there..
Mate I don’t even think it deserves 1 start ridiculous the staff that was working need some proper training 3 staff on duty but only 1 serving while the others was doing who knows what. Took me and my mate almost 30 minutes to get our food when we was the only customers in store, yes it was a hot day but seems the store was air-conditioned but stuff seemed to be mopping around and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I was on smoko two so boss wasn’t happy when it took me 30 minutes to get food for a 15 minute smoko bloody ridiculous. Think you guys need some older mangers who will show these teenagers some good work ethic
I recently went to Leopold Subway and over heard an older lady presumed the owner treating the worker terribly out the back. I could hear everything that was said. Then the older lady came out the front with the worker. The young worker gave me great service, I felt really sorry for the employee.
I have never had such bad customer service at Leopold subway when I arrived at 2:50pm today they young girl working was on the phone at looked at me sideways as I was interrupting her phone call and walked out the back after waiting 10 minutes nobody came and served me so I left I have bad service from this same girl before I won't be returning it would be quicker to drive to Newcomb Subway
Amazing place with friendly staff and all varieties of subs. The best thing is that it shares space with BP servo, that means you can get food and refuel for your trips. There is plenty of parking on site, that makes it easy to find a spot even during busy lunch hours. There are great deals at BP next to it so you can save some bucks on drinks too.
Ordered salad with double meat. Salad was extremely disappointing. There hardly any meat or salad it was all lettuce nothing else. Absolutely pathetic. Subs were also mediocre. Will not be going back.

Very fast service and good quality food would be nice if the workers changed their sanitary gloves every now and again.
Wrong Drink, no cookies. Rang and asked didnt recieve cookies. Girl said " what do you want me to do about it". Sorry... Get the Ubar driver to bring them as i have paid for, thats what i want you to do. Still wait..
