Today I ordered falafel footlong and Quesadillas. Matthew prepared falafel and toasted with cheese which was so attractive pic1. Then he added all salads and sauces with salt and pepper, tightly packed sub loaded tastepic2. Jackson prepared Quesadilla so well and even distributed as a artistpic3
The worst subway I have ever been to!! The staff were completely incompetent! There was only one knife between the 3 of them.. Which they were fighting over... There was pretty much no salad! My meatball melt only had 5 meatballs in it and a ridiculous amount of the meatball sauce which made it insanely sloppy, even thought it was toasted1/2 toasted ... The 3 young employees had no idea what they were doing and constantly fought between themselves....... And I bloody love subway!!! I've never really had a bad sub from them!! But this particular one has left a sour taste in my mouth that will take time and beer to get rid of it!!
Worst customer service seemed like they didnt want to be there and a rather dirty store. Ordered 2 subs didn't get tuna sub because it looked rather old and had seafood scraps in it ended up with 2 chicken & bacon ranch subs, very minimal salad available, lettuce was very old and brown, ihc bread tasted like mould and the salads were sub par at best, staff huffing and puffing because they had to refill the sauce i had asked for. Was certainly not like any other subway I've had before. Will not be going back to this store. On a good note the onion was fresh

Terrible, staff don’t listen clearly, poor food hygiene practices. Wouldn’t recommend Didn’t have stock of what I wanted. Store not really very clean.
The staff are very lovely whenever I go in. Service is a little slow, and I have had burnt meatballs sometimes. But other than that, everything seems to be fine. Subs are made nicely, I get served as soon as I walk in, always have a nice chat.
Kirra was very good at serving and made an excellent sub. It was a 10/10 the best sun I’ve ever had. She was also training someone and she is really good at training
17/03/2022 I've been here 4 times in total in a 2 year time frame the 3 times I've gone their prior tonight has been great but tonight has just topped it order subway for dinner get 2 small pieces of chicken heaps of lettuce and tomato on half of a 12inch subway was just tomato and lettuce and no meat on that half quite disgusted in customer service tonight
Floor so dirty. One person be serving flatout.Didnt have what I wanted. Not the first time either. Plainlands will get my money in future.
