On the 6/12/2022 in the evening I called the store seeking assistance for a children's school party. This store went absolutely above and beyond were so kind so professional and the presentation of the food we ordered was amazing. They even left a kind beautiful note for the kiddies. I worked at Subway for 3 years and have never once had a customer wait in line for over 20 minutes.. a bit ridiculous considering other customers also on their work break are waiting for over 30 minutes for workers who move extremely slowly

Greater lunch option really fresh salads - That was 4 months ago. Tonight I got two six inch meatball subs and a salad bowl. One sub was with salad one without. Both subs were supposed to be on Italian herb but they didn't have any and they don't do honey oat and they don't do seafood or beetroot either apparently. Not cool subway.
5/5 stars exceeded my expectations. A really friendly young lady served me. Even though she was busy, she managed to make me feel special by making conversation, smiling and taking care with my sub. Excelent employee. The store would not be the same without a worker like her. I think her name was Jasmine You really made my day, so thank you.
Went there tonight and they were quite busy. The service was still quick considering and the 3 young staff that were on were all happy and very friendly. I ordered 3 footlongs which were so fresh, plenty of fillings on all and the 2 chocolate chip cookies were so yummy They young girl Kathy that served me was fantastic. Very polite and so helpful as I wasn't sure of a couple of things. I don't get Subway that often but when I do it's always from Burpengary and I think tonight's was definitely the best service and subs we've had. Thankyou and we will definitely be back.
Store was not clean. Flies in with food. A fly even landed on my sub while they where making it. I just looked at staff member laughed and walked out. Won't be going back there.
Excellent service, friendly staff, in a pleasant environment. The bread rolls were fresh as are the salads. Clean and tidy. Thankyou staff, you are great.

I dont like putting bad reviews about places, but this is the worst Subway I have ever been to, the staff were unhappy to have to serve customers, like we had distributed them by entering the premises. The subs were thrown together hastily and the garlic toatie was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I will never go back to this Subway, sorry
