I went in for a 6in sub teriyaki and salad. The greeting was friendly which was nice but the state of the shop was terrible and the lettuce was browning and the cut tomatoes looked old I got a toasted sub but my chicken wasn't heated in the microwave first so when I started eating it the chicken was luke warm and cold in patches.I sat in my car in the car park and ate this so it should have still been warm to hot , I decided not to eat it because definitely don't want to get sick. The sub cost me $10.95 on its own which is really expensive for what I got!! I won't be going back!! To the franchisee you really need to give your business an upgrade and a thorough clean the chopping boards especially!!
Awesome salad, lots of ingredients, fresh, crunchy and so many flavours. Whoever did my order for 5:15pm today should get a bonus!

Dirty tables, rubbish bins overflowing,aircon dripping onto table and then into a strategicly placed cup and all over the floor Then there was no breads left to choose from all leading to a very poor experience on an extremely poorly run store I can safely say I will not be returning to give them another chance considering the lack of food to sell you would expect tables to be clean and wiped and at least some care taken in the store appearance This store reflects very poorly on subway franchise in my opinion
For fast food, my baked meatball sandwich and a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie was really good. The cheese was still all melty by the time I got home and the ratio between bread, sauce and cheese was good. I'd order one again.
Everything you'd expect from the sandwich chain. Good selection of produce, mostly looks fresh and vibrant. Has been frequently out of stock of favourite breads in my past few stops, however overall never had any major issues. Limited seating inside with next to no seating outside. Better suited for a grab and go feed.
I give the store a 2 but the girl on a 5. Absolutely horrendous for a store to put 1 GIRL on for a public holiday when there’s a line out the door. Do better subway, put more staff on instead of just ONE!
Love subway but have only been in this store twice and never again. Both times so slow. Would rather do other things than serve their customers. Took 25mins to get food when only one person in front of us. Panni and wrap tasted stale and I was told I could only have 4 salads on my salad wrap otherwise she couldn't fold it. Next time will drive further down the road to a better one.
Amazing service quick and salads are really good they don’t skimp out on loading subs and salads up! Best subway on the sunny coast hands down
The worst subway experience we've ever had. Staff need to pay more attention to their customers, instead of complaining about being busy, snapping at each other and worrying about who's coming in to cover for them. They got my order wrong, as well as my friends order. We had to repeat ourselves several times due to them not listening to the questions they were asking us. Had they listened, they would have completed the orders much quicker and wouldn't have been worried about being so busy! My avocado toastie was not toasted and stone cold. Also no signage for breads etc available?
