Best Subway of all for me!!! I got a veggie delight bowl and the lady who served me mixed the salad properly on a big bowl first and then gave it in the takeaway bowl. This salad was so good compared to the boring layered way that is served in Sydney. Amazing start to my outback trip!!!!
1 star is 1 too many. One worker scrambling to do everything herself over the lunch period?? I watched two of the other workers young woman and young man literally leave the one older lady by herself when there was about 10 people in line……. It took close to half a hour for one six inch sub for myself. I also watched 4 people in line just walk out because of the slow service. Two subs were already started and those people stormed off. Terrible for business. What’s going on??? Pathetic staff behaviour. Get a grip and work as a team! Honestly, it’s such a pity because the subway was delicious… It just sucks about the poor work ethic from those young workers getting the wait time, completely unacceptable. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my son to be made.
I went in the shop took 20 minutes to be served and has no bacon no air-conditioning wrost subway EVER!!! I live in moss vale nsw and better subs

The guy with the slightly longer hair and, frankly, awful moustache really needs to work on his customer service skills. Honestly, it's not hard to smile, try to be polite, and generally not act like you'd rather be anywhere else.
I only stop on my way back through to Sydney on weekends. But most of the time I’ve been served by Josh who, from the start was a great conversation and made my salads with care. He is able to be professional while having a laugh. If I ever had to come through Mudgee again I would definitely return.
We ordered online to save a bit of time so all I had to do was walk in, present my receipt and the6 were fresh and ready to go. I don't know who is making the Subs there now but it was the best made one I have had to date!
Needed to phone a friend to find out how to make a white tea. And then need to find out how to make hot water, really. Other staff wearing a cap but hair hanging over the front of cap ..
Young guy clearly wasnt trained didnt know what he was doing not confident.. mumbled and hard to hear...SPEAK UP CLEARLY... His manager Supervisor lazy sat inside didnt bother coming to assist or instruct... Again hard to understand.. Meal was stingy less than half what other Subway provide... gave wrong cookies... Not impressed with this franchise at all
It was barely Edible, the chicken was half cold,it was falling apart, the service was horrendous they took a 5 min conversation between stations and didn't put cheese on my sub after I asked for it. Will never go there again.
