The service is slow and the people workings aren’t that friendly/ chatty. The ingredients look old, but has usual it didn’t taste bad. I feel as if the staff should be trained further because if you’re getting a wrap the staff won’t wrap it correctly. I’d still getting subway from this location if I’m stopping by this fuel station again.
Rather disappointing, usually not to bad but today my sub had hardly any filling and one side had no meat. I'd asked for all salads bar 2. Only enough stuff in the foot long to make one decent 6 inch. Waste of 15 bucks
I wish I had gotten the girls name who was working tonight, but she was GREAT! Got our order 100% right. Chatty- but not in a 1 way conversation way. Very friendly and makes me want to go to subway more often. Thankyou for the lovely chat. Nothing worse than standing awkwardly for 10-15mins that feels like an hour.. she looks like she enjoys her job! Keep this 1 on, she's a good employee!
This place was awesome. I got 2 sub from this place frenidly staff with a get atmosphere. If you like subway in this area then you should go there.Food: 5/5
The service at Plainland was very slow and have encountered this many times the past few weeks at night and always a long wait. One nite the tall young fellow was doing it on his own while the other person was out in the kitchen. Don't they see the line of people slowly increasing and think they should hurry up. I really felt like pulling up a chair. Also the Kebab shop had lots of customers and they were zooming thu them. Sorry nothing wrong with the food, just the service. Also I don't want to be hanging around if Covid is lingering in the air by whoever is standing next to me and may or may not have it.
Service was amazing and the lady behind the counter Teresa was so helpful and friendly. Nicest fresh sub i have had in a long time and highly recommend for people to stop by and grab a sub from these guys will be back 100%. Thank you again
Phoebe was lovely and catered to my coeliac disease perfectly tonight. I was so hungry from a big day and she made sure there was no cross contamination. I really appreciated her. Thanks for my perfect wrap Phoebe
Pretty Hopeless. I asked for a Bacon and Egg Sub they only had one egg left that made me wait 5 mins whilst finish serving other customers to then tell me they had none. Lucky they get high volume foot traffic or they would be out of business. Do Better.
Absolutely the slowest Sunday I have Ever been too.. The line was that long, two people serving and took me over half an hour to order than at least another 15-20 mins mak8ng said sandwich.. Absolutely disgusting.. They need quick and efficient staff.. Food was great despite my over ling wait
I tried the teriyaki chicken wrap at the Plainland store yesterday, friday the 31st and the way the young lady haphazardly and carelessly slapped the thing together had me chuckling in disbelief. If she was as subway calls staff, sandwich artists, then she's aspiring to be the Jackson Pollock of sandwiches the way she was flicking those salad ingredients around! It wasn't as if she had to rush because i was the only one there but the end result was poorly made; the ingredients unevenly distributed so I had a seemingly had on seperate occasions a mouthful of only gherkins and then only capsicum and poorly wrapped with the paper being pulled in as it was rolled up.
