I had very bad experience here today. I ordered footlong veggie patty. The man working there he hasn't changed the gloves He made 4-5 subway with that same Gloves. Bad service. Moreover I took that order and paid as well But i have thrown that subway in front of them. So I Never recommend this subway to anyone.
Had a bad experience here before but I ran out of options so I thought I’d give it another go. Big Mistake. First of all the girl who served me spoke so softly I had to keep asking her what she said multiple times for everything. They had hardly any bread left, some of the salads were out too and all the lids for the salads were everywhere except for on the containers so it was very difficult to see what was available in the containers. Then when it came to pay she overcharged me and when I questioned the price she literally had no idea how much the meal was and the other girl working had to come to the register and ask what was happening and then sort it out. When I sat down to eat the sub it wasn’t cut all the way through so I had to basically rip it apart and Some of the fillings fell out. So basically very poor service and atleast 1 of the staff is poorly trained. Won’t be going back to that store.
3rd bad experience in this centre. When will I learn?! Worker at the counter asked "What do you want?!" . . . Perhaps a hello how are you? Can I help you? What would you like? I stated I wanted a footlong. 'No bread' was the reply. Couldn't make this up.
Had been there in search of fastfood restaurants. Subway is located at the topmost level. Near to the friendy staff lift. Had ordered wrap. It was very delicious. Sadly it gets closed at 4:45pm Highly recommend.
Visited this store today. No white bread! No Tomato sauce! Broken hand sanitiser!! and wrong order preparation!
$10 for a very stingy amount of chicken and salad in a wrap. Very disappointing. I used to be a regular customer but now I will try one of the other takeaways in the centre.
Eat fresh unless it's Subway Belrose. They ALWAYS serve you yesterdays bread but keep it in the oven cooler so you don't know. It's like eating cardboard. Here is a tip, if you open at 9am, how about getting there early and have fresh bread ready for opening? Worst Subway I've ever had.
Excellent location on the top level of Super Centre in Belrose, fast and friendly service, order online through the Subway app, or order instore. The app allows you to also accrue credits for future purchases. Good variety of food items, all fresh.
I got food poisoning from the tuna which resulted in two days of unbearable stomach cramps and vomiting. I was so traumatised by the experience that just thinking of tuna makes me feel sick. Usually a decent place with nice service but I think they need to revisit their food safety practices.
