Their motto is how little can I put on this sandwich. I asked for capsicum and she showed me 1 out of 2 peices she had put on. Been here multiple times and it's worse every time. I wasn't the only customer questioning how little they were putting on!Food: 1/5
OK, typical suburban Subway store. Food/ingredients were fresh. Prices reasonable. Staff were efficient and polite, but not overly friendly. Zero atmosphere, it's just a street front store in a shopping complex, but the tables and seats were clean so I rated it 3 stars.Food: 4/5
DO NOT GET FOOD HERE!!! Absolutely rude and disrespectful, I had my sandwich made and was next in line but then get told off to wait because a white woman wanted a drink and I was told I had to wait as I “wasn’t important enough” I felt a lot of racism in the store and walked out furious without getting my sandwich or paying for it DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY!!! THEY ARE RACIST AND RUDE AND PLAY FAVORITES 0 STARS AND MAY YOU FEEL THE HEAT DEATH OF A THOUSAND SUNS!!
Worst turnaround ever. Ordered over Uber Eats and the restaurant took 45mins to prepare TWO SANDWICHES. I ordered after the rush at 1:40 pm on a Saturday, and they finished preparing the food at 2:25. Useless. Best to order in-store, where you can glare at them if they take too long… grrrrrr……
everything was good but the girl working there has a rough tone and attitude which i could easily feel even giving the order. really need to work on her way of serving and need to be polite and chill. thank you.
Do not go here. I was paying by cash they gave me my change and I took it without looking. WHEN I got home I realised they have given me a bill that was damaged cut in half and thus unusable so I went back for a replacement. The staff were rude and treated me like I was stupid then kept telling me there was no way it was them Becuase they don't accept broken notes. THIS WAS INFURIATING they obvoisly had damaged the note within the till or something and didn't want to take responsibility then they refused to give me someone higher up to talk to. The manager was rude and unprofessional about the whole thing and I will be leaving a strongly worded complaint to the corporate office. The whole situation could've been dealt with professionally but instead they were disrespectful and condescending telling me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to leave because they didn't have time to deal with my issue.
Food is usually fine, opening hours are decent, they lose two stars as they removed the post mix machine and now only sell bottled drinks which aren't worth paying for.
I recommends not to go for food in subway gungahlin, if you can get more value from other store. Worst customer service, using material like they saving material cost.
Today I had very bad experience in this Subway I have never ever been to get refused tissue an other restaurant Venkata was the staff member and he was very rude with me I just ask for 1 tissue and he said you can’t get more than one tissue, and he refused to put sauce as well in footlong. Thanks .
this place sucks compared to other subways, they put like no toppings on the sandwich and all of the staff are rude
