Got a sub and cookies via Uber eats - was the best subway I’ve had in a while! Packed with toppings and sauce

i have changed my previous raving review to very very bad after my visit today. this place is just disgusting. dirty water that hasn’t been changed for who knows how long and the food scraps within there transferred back to the knife used into the subway. i also rang your store and basically got lie after lie. don’t trust these people. first the women there couldn’t even understand me over the phone then i wanted to speak to the manger who said wasn’t there till tomorrow. after she hung up on me with all the excuses in the world including blaming the staff member dressed in black was a trainee which is fine but she being the trainer wasn’t present during the food making of the trainer and then saying the manager wasn’t there till tomorrow. when i rang back another person answered and guess what it was the manager. unbelievable. of course didn’t get anywhere at all. nor do i want anything back. i was trying to say change your water used to clean the knife  but ye i doubt this happened. disgusting. today 19/12/22

This store is a disgrace to the Subway name,they deliberately try to put the bare minimum toppings on to maximize profits They also have higher prices than most other stores, surely this should be regulated by head office? You will also see a common denominator in the bad subway stores....but I can't say it here...

My daughter who lives with disabilities, went here today with her support worker to buy lunch. My daughter was treated so poorly by the woman serving, she was rude, pushy, abrasive and caused my daughter to have a meltdown in the shop. I am so angry, I've reported the incident to Subway Head Office. Nobody should be treated like this.

Disgraceful customer service. The guy on the counter was really rude and couldn’t handle the busyness. If your understaffed, please don’t put that pressure on customers. Food was ok

Average service, skimpy sandwich construction, and then overcharged me by not putting my meal in a combo. Very disappointing.

Fresh and tasty had my chicken wrap about 10.30am and still full.. very clean inside and nice big tv to watch... very impressed also got my servites lol

Rude and abrasive, didn't combo drink and biscuits so we got grossly over charged.

Change your opening hours…extremely irritating when It says 9pm closing time and I get there at 8.15 and they close at 8. Not happy at all
