Very poor service. I asked about plant based options and two guys working here were rude and had attitude especially the one who served me initially, on the right in the photo. He did not listed and bother explaining although I asked twice what vegan options three times what veggie delite consists of and he showed me veggie patty, I asked twice and he showed me the aame thing. I then asked for multi-seed bread, he took italian herbs and cheese, I said I don't eat cheese and he keep cutting the bread asking if I want it toasted. I repeated 3rd time that I don't eat cheese and he said: well this one is with cheese. They then changed their mind saying that veggie delite does not come with patty - my friend and I were surprised that he did not tell this when I initially asked in the beginning repeating the question. It just felt that those guys did not want to be there, did not bother explaining kindly what sandwiches consist of and just aren't bothered about how they serve customers. They rushed making my friends sandwich although there were no customers. Extremely poor service and rude staff.
Really dirty shop. Crumbs all over the floor and tables. I also saw lots of little black dots on the walls, then I realised there were hundreds of flies everywhere! There was one guy on himself during a busy spell and the sandwich was fine
I’m not one to usually complain, but the service or rather lack of service we experienced at this eating establishment was absolutely disgraceful! Between my party of six we spent approximately £50 but were refused a tap water. In fact, I was told that if I wish to have water I need to buy a bottle or go elsewhere! I fail to understand why this polite request was refused especially as I am a regular customer that frequents this Subway on a weekly basis and the member of staff was standing next to a tap with paper cups! I shall not be returning to this particular franchise anymore. The staff were also wearing headphones so I ended up repeating myself on occasions just to order. It’s disappointing to say the least as these two members of staff are giving Subway a bad name. What a disaster!
Catching up on reviews, was here not too long ago on a weekend morning, the shop was pretty dirty along with the floor and chairs. they need to get a deep clean done.
My craving for a subway was destroyed when i arrived to this particular shop. As you can see from the images my choices for toppings where close to none. And the meat part?Left Fridge all were put away and I had to choose with them being in the storage fridge. How to make things worse? The staff member at the time Afternoon 10/12/2020 was zero apologetic or seemed to care at all. Please note down this was 45 minutes before closing, NOT 1 minute.
Their service are very nice and as well the subway colleagues are very politely behaving.
SO BAD. They sent my delivery missing 80% of what I ordered with no explanation and they definitely were not all out of stock items they were basics.
Is there anything more heartbreaking than takeaway, open it once get back to work and this is all you get. I get this was all you had left but really.... you charge the full amount for this and you forget my dip :
Bad service and the sandwich tasted rarely
The service person was literally about to cry. He was so rude and even he charged us more than what we ordered. Nobody forced him to work in night shift. If he can't handle.
