SUBWAY is one of my Favourite Food store to visit -- All the beautiful Yummy freshly made Sandwiches !!! The shop is very clean & organised - fitted with the freshest ingredients to a Beautiful Meal - eat in or takeaway // You must try the different types of Sweet Cookies - they are scrumptious // The staff are very prompt & Service with a Smile!!!!!*

Just visited today, not only did I have to repeat myself at least 5 times for them to understand what I wanted. It came to the sauces and I said what type of sauce I wanted, the girl grabbed the wrong one and continued to put the wrong sauce on my sub, I then repeated myself before she put it on, but still put wrong sauce on my sub, then I repeated louder the sauce I wanted another 3 times and pointed for her to stop and grab the correct sauce. Very displeased with the experience. Oh and didn't even wrap it properly.
Absolute joke of a place, ordered a large meatball wrap with salad from uber eats, arrived cold, opened it up and the portion size wouldn't feed a two year old, 3 meatballs, and about a pinch of salad, wasn't grilled, no sauce on the meatballs, wasn't even wrapped properly ,oh that's right wasn't enough ingredients to hold it together, tried calling but the nuffys that work there probably don't know how to operate a phone, judging by their effort at presenting a 24 dollar delivered wrap, so up yours and I hope everyone reads this and decides to avoid your rip off of an establishment!
The staff are incompetent and do not seem to know about promotions. And they do not honour the promotions that you have been sent from Subway. They also barely speak English and seem to have some sort of superiority complex because they are oh so important sandwich artsts. They also don't seem to think that they need to follow the rules in having masks covering their nose.
Really poor subway, the workers there were extremely slow, rude to you when serving, and will completely ignore you until they are ready, no acknowledgement or greeting of any kind. The bread they used was undercooked and the ingredients themselves weren't fresh, on top of all that they didn't follow my simple requests for the sub such as, minimal lettuce and add salt and pepper. They also put sauce on only half the sub. This is not an isolated experience for me and something I have experienced here multiple times to varying degrees
Had to repeat my order 6 times, and they still got it wrong.
Absolutely rubbish service. We ordered through UberEats and put a dietary requirement in the 'special instructions'. The store completely ignored the request, leaving the sub inedible. When I called to query why the order was incorrect, the employee was quite rude on the phone and said she 'had never had a request like that before.' The super strange request was to have the spinach and capsicum served in a separate container. The employee said 'that would make it a side salad, and you must be charged extra for that.' I responded that I would have been happy to pay extra had that A been an option on the app or B the restaurant had called/messaged to say there was an issue with the order going ahead. It is concerning, and dangerous, that staff think they know best and disregard instructions for food preparation.
Bought 2 footlongs today. Told the lady that I would like both toasted. She placed the fillings, asking us our preferences at each juncture. I had moved off the counter area so as to allow other customers access and maintain social distancing. I saw the lady place each of my footlongs into a microwave it certainly was not the toaster for about 20 seconds. This surprised me because normally, they would have placed the bread into a toaster first. By the time I got home about 10 minutes later, the fillings were cold, the bread was soggy and kept breaking apart. If she was new staff and is learning, I do apologise for this complaint. But if she is not, there is no excuse for serving up this repulsive fare. Fed most of the 2 footlongs to the dog, who, I must admit, seemed to like them. Well, his joy is going to be shortlived because I am never going back to this outlet ever again. Whenever we have Subway, it has always been from this shop. Never again.
