Management had obviously trained the chosen staff to prepare the food but neglected to show them to give a continental about being pleasant! As a Subway customer since 1991 back in Clarksville TN, the Indooroopilly Franchisee"s shop was the ONLY one I have encountered where sloppy presentation and abominable rudeness spoiled my day. The staff didn't"t say "HAVE A BAD DAY", but they sure showed they meant to.
I’ve gone here twice and both times had the same issue, absolutely appalled at the quantity of everything on the sub. Ordered a 12 inch both times and had an inch and a half on either end completely empty. Bread was also ripped and had holes in it making it a complete mess to eat
They make delicious food always fresh and the staff are always happy and friendly!
Today I ordered uber eats with my sister from this store, our uber order number was #67AE2. First of all there was a note on the side of the bag that said there were no more cookies left so they discounted the cost off our order. With this, I work at grill'd and know when we don't have an item we take it off the uber menu so people don't waste their time or money. I do understand sometimes you can be too busy to do that, but in that situation we call the customer and organise with them how we can sort it out. Along with that it is 1:30pm on a Friday, someone must of severely mis-projected for the day if you ran out still during lunch time. Along with this, we were discounted $2 for the missing cookies, when it costs $1.4 a cookie. So not only did you not give us the cookies you did not give us the correct money back I know its not much its just frustrating. We also wrote a nice note on the uber app that would have come through saying "Please be generous on the olives. Thank you and have a good day!". Whenever I am in store your staff are fantastic with just being a bit more generous on the olives, or just giving us more then a mere 5 olive pieces. The two subs we got were lacking any of the love and care you put into the food when I go instore. I have taken photos of both our subs, and yes there are olives so thank you, but there is not many at all. Along with this there is only a couple strands of lettuce, and I am not over exaggerating when I say a couple of strands, the subs lacked any filling. With that the filling was all over the place, so poorly distributed. I was so disappointed when eating it, just sauce and chicken, I honestly think whoever made the subs need to be stripped of the "sandwich artist" title. I know this seems extreme but I was just so disappointed in the service with you guys today. I work in hospitality and deal with complaints all the time, so I respect both your business and I am a loyal customer, but I wanted to give feedback on how poor your online food is compared to instore. Thank you in advance for your response.
Before I begin this review just know that this is a review of this subway relative to other subways, not about how subways in general are. I got a ordered a double meat chicken classic a while ago and some other items. When I received my sub it was flatter than normal and when I bit into it, I only found a single layer of chicken. So I opened the subway, and only saw one layer of schnitzel. So I call them and politely told them I believe there maybe a mistake with my order. The lady snapped back at me saying “no, no there isn’t. And do you know how I know? Because I packed that sub.” So I went back and checked the subway again and indeed there was a hidden layer of schnitzel underneath. I really didn’t like her attitude but it was my mistake so I didn’t want to make fuss. To give myself a bit of an excuse, the reason that I would have made this mistake is because the usual subway I order from, the one from Saint Lucia, would be packed full of vegetables and salad ontop of the choice of protein. But the Saint Lucia one was closed so I had to come to this one This happened quite a while ago. But recently I ordered a footlong meatball melt. I found that there’s hair in the sandwich and the lettuces either that or the tomatoes were off. To me so far, this restaurant has just been a collection of bad experiences and I would be damned if I ever go there again.
Right next to work, Subway is great for lunch. The team of ladies working behind the counter are friendly, fast and accurate. The subs they serve you are delicious and neat in presentation.
The worst experience I have ever had with a server. Usually I have sympathy for young workers because I know how it is, but this girl was plain rude for no reason. She was so difficult to talk to and was giving me the dirtiest look. I ordered 6 cookies and there was four in the bag and I don’t think it was a coincidence that they tasted awful. Praying this subway gets shut down so no one else has to be around such negativity
We were visiting Spotlight, and the kids got hungry. We came across this subway outlet and had the most surprising dining experience. The lady at the counter was super helpful and patient. Made the sandwiches to all our specs and the kiddos loved it. It:s nice to be reminded why it's sometimes worth it not to order your food in!!! Lovely
What a terrible experience. The food was all clearly from at least the day before. It looked disgusting. 30 minutes after opening time to customers on a Friday morning. Bad attitude from the young girl serving too. We didn't even dare eat the subs we purchased because the fillings looked so bad.
Would give this 0 stars if possible, i ordered 2 avo toasties and both of them were dunked in salt, uneatable. They most likely tried to rush this even though they weren’t busy. definetly don’t recommend.
