After reading reviews I thought ‘great can’t go to my local subway’! To my surprise, I drove past one day and saw a sign that read ‘under new management’… ‘fantastic’ I thought! I called them first to ask a few questions and to my surprise they were SUPER nice, helpful and customer service orientated! I thought ‘wow, this is refreshing, someone that is competent and willing to go out of their way for a query and super friendly, I’ll certainly give them a go!’ When I walked in I felt a great happy energy/ vibe with smiles and a can do attitude. Loved it, thank you! I’ll be back
The young girls serving had absolutely horrendous attitudes and behaved disgustingly. I watched them belittle and bully a customer on her appearance and then continue to laugh at her. They should be ashamed of themselves and their service. Super disappointing.
Best Subway in the shire by far, the Store is clean and the subs are fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly, energetic and helpful. Thanks Santos and Elise
At first, I saw the reviews and heard the staff and service was terrible, from real life friends to online reviews, all telling me the same thing. Sutherland Subway has terrible staff. Don't go there. However, the other day I went there to order my usual sub with Schnitzel, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, and Mayo which is delicious by the way! When I asked them to put mayo, they misheard and with no hesitation at all put tomato sauce, everyone makes mistakes! I told them it was mayo, and the lady was super nice and asked me if I wanted them to redo the WHOLE SUB which wasn't necessary and I just told them to scrape off the tomato sauce and add mayo. Overall, this subway has improved, and I hope they soon become successful. My dad called the workers there dumb and said they looked stupid I feel kinda bad... :
I wish i could give 0 star for the poor service and food. ME & my partner order veggie patty toasted. Bread was never toasted enough and same with the patty. Thr girl with short hair looked very rushed to do things and was very unhappy god knows why? Very light topping for veggie? Its a veggie patty without veggies. She never asked if we want salt nd pepper. Looks like she didnt want to work there, someone forcing her. Not goof with customer service neither with food service. Will never return to this Sub again, have to go back to Caringbah store. Not happy . Felt like we paid for nothing.
Ordered chicken schnitzel on menulog by pick up at the store. Handed the order on time. Went home and sandwich got no chicken just veggies. Didn't bother calling as I was hungry already and dont want to come back again. I just hope it doesnt happen again :/
The service and the food quality are subpar I should have reviewed the reviews before ordering. Personally I don't have any issues with subway in general however I will not be returning to this location.
Subway Sutherland, due to its change of management and ownership, now receives a 5 star rating from me. Reviews from more than a year ago were all correct for then, but it’s a really good subway now.
Food was delicious and fresh, the staff were quick and polite and new owners were super friendly! The restaurant was very clean. I’ll definitely be back, would highly recommend!
Terrible service. Stingy staff and owner wouldn't even add basic salads in the veggie delight footlong. It turned out 95% bread and 5% salad. Normal footlong would be filling and I wouldnt be able to finish it, but this one kept me hungry. Even the tissue was counted and given one single tissue . I wish I could give them a zero review. Surely they are spoiling the fair brand name of Subway!
