i absolutely love this subway! it’s my local so i’m there at least 6/7 days a week and everytime the customer service is exceptional. The food is always prepared and cooked as asked. Highly Recommend.
I go to different Subways regularly and Beldon is always hit or miss. Today I bought 2 footlongs and wondering why the lettuce tasted hard and terrible….it was CABBAGE. Extremely confused…
Went the again 14 Jan,2020. Still didn’t improve their customer service. Really upset at this store in Beldon. Hope their manager would see our comments. Bad customer services, staff not friendly and never smile.
I just had the worst ever subway meal and service while attending Subway Beldon on Valentines day at 1815pm. The two girls were rude, not friendly at all, did not listen to orders given and so got it wrong. Very unclean store, way to many flies, a flie landed on my sub while the girl was making another one and I had to say something and I even had to reach over the counter to shoo the fly myself, go check the cameras in store if you don't believe me. Then we had to wait because we thought we were getting the great deal of make it a meal, to get the drink and fit chips only to be told chips don't come with it. Meanwhile our toasted subs went cold. Only gave us 3 lids instead of four. I Am not going back to the Beldon SUBWAY and may never go back to another Subway store. To top it off the sub my daughter had tasted like soap and she refused to eat it all, giving it to the dog instead, who also snubbed the sub. Mine was no where near as tasty as usual. I Am VERY Dissatisfied with this experience and will never recommend Subway to anyone ever again. All these stores need to make a much better effort in eliminating the flies problem and stop blaming the weather or the season, it's just that time of year., they keep saying. VERY UNHYGIENIC. Maybe the Health department should pay them a visit. The manager needs to train staff on friendliness, cleanliness and Attentivness skills. $58.90 waisted on poor food and bad service, never again
Today Valentines Day we went into Subway Beldon. There was Unfriendly service by both girls. No smiles, no greetings. We Ordered make it a meal which means drink & chips with our 4 footlongs and while she was making our subs flys were flying around the food and 1 landed on my husbands sub that we had to try and reach over the counter ourselves and get it away from our food.When we told her about the fly, she said yeah its Summer time and they hang around. Instead of saying sorry I can make you up a fresh one or even do something about getting the fly right away. Right at the end when we went to pay, I mentioned chips again to her & she said yes. So we paid& went to top up our drinks and waited for our chips. We standing around for a while as she started serving someone else. Then I walked up to the counter & the other girl asked what can she help me with. When I said we're waiting on our chips, the girls said that's not included. I don't know about anyone else but when I order chips in a meal I expect to get chips. Won't be going back to that Subway after that experience
