This is how the Subway Mega Meat foot long sub is made. First off, two big slices of ham then 6 pepperoni, 8 slices of salami covered with a full meatball marina including cheese. Topped off with a wholemeal and honey mustard, gherkins, lettuce and mixed peppers all on a Tiger bread. Very tasty. And the staff are very friendly.
Food was lovely and the staff are friendly. I was served quickly, however staff were stood about chatting and leaning on the sides. I get they need a minute or two to reprocess after a busy rush, however the floors in the customer seating area were dirty and the tables could use a wipe. Surely keeping the staff productive is better then them just standing around
I normally order on JustEat from here but last time they sent the wrong order so today I went to the store instead, one of the staff seemed to be new or still training but seemed nice. However, the way that the other members of staff spoke to this girl was frankly disgusting, there was no effort to help her learn they just spoke with attitude and belittled her infront of customers. The food was decent but I'd never order from this branch again purely for the way the staff treated eachother.
Slooooooow service. There are one or 2 solid staff, but weak manager and the rest of the team let them down. Last few times we tend to drop in Saturday early afternoon there have only been 1 or 2 people in the shop, but due to the volume of online orders they receive from Deliveroo etc it takes an age to get served......
Ordered food via Just eat app, due to an error beyond Subways control food was not ready when I arrived to collect. The staff were fantastic and could not apologise enough, they made the food that had been ordered straight away whilst I waited. The restaurant area was immaculate, the staff were smartly dressed, very clean appearance and very professional. I thoroughly recommend this branch of Subway. Keep up the good work guys.
As this store is just under two years old at time of writing, it still looks, feels and stands out from the other Subway stores that I have been too locally and slightly further afield. The store interior has a bright colour scheme inside and high ceilings which helps it standout. The staff that work there also standout by the way of not judging people and come across as if they will bend over backwards to make you feel happy. Hats off to them, that is the true way customer services should be conveyed - naturally and not just for the sake of the job or pay cheque.
Usually love this store however over the last few weeks I've been going in on a evening only to find the toaster and the coffee machines are switched off early.i go to subway for a toasted sandwich so it's quite disappointing to be told time and time again the machines have over heated..would highly recommend during the day but would definitely say avoid the evenings
I use subway as I'm on slimming world and all the salads are syn free a very tasty. Decided to treat my son today so placed and order at about 13.15, it's now 15. 15 and still waiting for my order to arrive. Having phoned the subway orders from I got told all drivers are out and she doesn't think my order is still still in the shop, its2 hours late
Normally good service here staff are usually pretty good. Today was awful.
Best service ever received at any Subway, really friendly, helpful staff
