The poor rating is for the customer service not the food. I ordered a subway online. Arrived at the store - stood there for almost 20 minutes, spoke to several staff for them to advise my order hadn’t come through yet therefore the my couldn’t make my sandwich. In the end they realised my sandwich had been made and was sitting at the back of the counter…and rudely gave me my sandwich.
Ordered food to be picked up. No one out the front had to call out for a young guy who just passed me the order with no smile or greeting. When opened my order most of the salad was not even on there! Could have made a better sandwich at home
Why does the exact same sandwich cost more than other shops? Everywhere I go I pay $9 for it. This shop is $10.25. When I asked about it. The answer was that every shop has different owners. The way my food was make clearly no care. Less ingredients. I drove 20 minutes to have your sandwich. The only reason for 2 stars is for the parking. I will go to other Subways where the owner charges the same as others and where they care about the product they are selling. Overall: not worth.

There was a lady. I don't know who she is but she made my sub perfect.
Ordering the sandwich I ask "do you know where the nearest bathroom is?" She says "KFC" I say "it's shut." She says "we have a bathroom here but I won't let you use it." Woooooow....
Good food Shop dirty, pricing advertised on board inside shop is wrong the staff said they haven’t changed Ian’s it’s more now. Same as combo medium $4.80 and large $4.50 large at a different price but won’t charge that Foods good only subway around area .
Bread was old and burnt. They put the wrong cheese on my footlong first subway l was very disappointed. Please use fresh bread don’t use yesterday bread and don’t burn the bread makes it taste bad. Also train staff so they know the cheese names.
I work in a disability industry and sometimes for their outing our clients would like to dine in a subway. At subways the main issue that makes a distinguish between the stores would be their service and the staff attitude towards their customers. The staff at Gladesville branch they treat our vulnerable clients so welcoming like a king whenever we go there. Dear Staff well done and thank you. Please keep up the good job.
I say its OK for the most part, The food is allways fresh and customer service is good but whats holding me back is how disorganised the workers are. If theres 3 or more custormers in the shop there eventully gonna mix it up. If they cant multi task then dont do it!
