This place is skanky af! Place is an absolute state and toilets are nasty. Noone in here, but around 7 members of staff just talking...need to be cleaning the place!Food: 3/5
We were served by a disintrested teenager who was sniffing and whiping his nose whilst preparing the subs. After cutting through a sub, he then raised his knife, looked at the sauce on it, then wiped it on the underside of the counter It was disgusting and we didn't eat them. He also got the order wrong. We we won't ever be going back again. I hope he loses his job.
I have never written a review on a business before, but this subway gave me food poisoning for the first time in my life. After a week of diarrhea and vomiting, I'll never eat at this Subway again. No issues with the BurgerKing though.
Do not order from this branch of subway!! On more than 1 occasion my order has supposedly been delivered, when in fact it has not! They take my money so where is my order????
Yet again worthy of the worst Subway ever award. Ordered a breakfast sub which has sausage, bacon, egg, cheese and hash browns. Surprise surprise the hash browns were missing. Also ordered a veggie delete sub and ask for all salad but no olives, barely got anything! One slice of soggy rank tomato one slither of onion no pickles, honestly the dark haired girl in there is absolutely useless. Would not recommend
This subway is usually pretty bad, but today crossed the threshold of warranting a review. Staff are terribly slow and don't care. I waited over ten minutes to order despite there only being two people in front of me who ordered together, with simple orders and one order from just eat. Challenged my request for normal cheese as that's not what's on the new menu for a BMT. I got a sandwich for my partner only, as I requested chicken which was sold out. Yet no substitute was offered. Basic customer service. You go to subway for convenience. This endeavour was entirely inconvenient. Can't blame staff entirely, put it down to the franchise owner. Slowest service and worst subway I've been to. Long story short, you suck. Go BK next door to it.
Arrived for opening at 8am No till set up, had to wait No eggs available for their breakfast menu, it was too early and hadn't been prepared for opening No brown sauce available for breakfast menu Tried to collect a free cookie birthday offer were not ready, too hot to take at the time...... 30min cool down period Ate in the car as was now behind schedule and 1st bite the sausage was still cold even tho went through the oven
I ordered 2 veggie salads with cheese and paid for double cheese, got home and found neither salad had any cheese at all. This is the second time this Subway has done this. IT’s printed clear as daylight on the receipt they stapled to the bag. Time to get new staff that can read and are actually bothered about doing a good job instead of sloppiness and ripping people off.

I will give a 2 star rating due to the fact of not looking at an order properly i placed through uber eats. Wrong bread, wring drink and extra's missing from sandwich. Not even a message to say "sorry we dont have these items etc" just pay alot of money for whatever they give you, not what you asked and paid for! The receipt ismt hard to read surely? If you dont have items then please make a menu what you "HAVE" Not a happy customer sorry
