AMAZING STAFF! My child desperately wanted subway and they where near closing so we rushed but didnt make it in time however we just caught one of the staff the orange haired one and he went back in and made us our meal saving the night for our whole family!! THANK YOUFood: 5/5
Empty sandwich with barely any fillings e.g 4 spinach leaves, one teaspoon of carrot, 1/4 triangle of cheese slice 1 1/2 tablespoons of tuna. This happened before when I ordered previously wasn’t happy. Decided to try them again thinking it was the person who served me that day. There was a different team member who gave less filing. Don’t waste your money here on poor quality food, scant servings and rude staff. Drive to a local sandwich shop and support small business not corporate greedy food chain stores.

Normally the staff is very good and makes good sandwich and gluten free wrap for my family! But today there were two boys who used stale or old gluten free wrap, added different sauces than the told one! Bought a foot long and cut it into two which I haven’t asked for! At the end Instead of charging it at footlong price, charges two six inch price. Even after telling they Didn’t update the price So just will say the boys from today need more training based on cust service!

Was gobsmacked to discover that the 'Veggie delight with Avo' I was told that Avo is not included in this despite the poster being displayed on the sign. I can understand paying for extra's but if you are not happy to sell the product that is in the promotion then please do not put up the advertisement.

We went there on a Sunday night for a quick feed and was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with both the food and the customer service. I ordered a simple wrap and the server barely put enough fillings in it, he then proceeded to attempt to wrap it but inside just folded it over so it crumbled and smooshed, I asked for it to be toasted but instead he heated it to a point that it ripped and fell apart and was barely edible. Throughout the whole process he seemed disinterested and he even laughed when I opened it and it fell apart. We will not be coming back.
