Great service by the team today. This store doesn't skimp on ingredients for their rolls and it was fresh bread so the meal was amazing. Well done. Great stop for traveller's highy recommend this subway. Cookies were fresh and just baked.
**Racist.** Worst service I've ever experienced. The lady with cat-like eyes was beyond rude. I asked the guy serving me to cut my food in half, and they had the audacity to ask for extra money—something I’ve never seen anywhere else. I was still willing to pay, but then they refused, saying they were *too busy.* To make it worse, she was literally teaching the other staff how to say no to customers. Looking at past reviews, this only seems to happen to people with Indian names. This place reeks of discrimination, and it’s absolutely unacceptable.
The service was terrible, one of the lady was very rude. Consideration there was only 1 person infront of us and no one else in the store. We asked for foot long to be cut in 1/2, she charged us for 2 halves full price. She was very ignorant and didn't want us to have the choice of bread we wanted as they were freshly baked. Never again going to this subway.
We stopped in for dinner as my daughter is Coeliac gluten free and all the ladies were absolutely amazing, making her salad out the back so there was no cross contamination! We always stop here cause we know they actually take great care. Thank you so much highly recommend this subway!
