Ordered three time from this store Each order has been wrong This time no ham on the ham sub, none of the three subs were cut in half, no drinks or cookies for the combos were supplied. Tried contacting the store told it was a third party delivery problem even though the orders were not completed
I went to Subway at Boondall today and was served by 2 wonderful staff members Tylah and Sophia. They were very patient while I ordered and were very polite and helpful. Would recommendFood: 5/5
It's a chain store I know, but the store itself has been off-putting everything I come here for a sub. The floor is always covered in a level of various half-eaten subs. It's hard to feel good about getting food from this store when the place is always so dirty.Food: 3/5
Josh young fellah who works here is a legend. I was having a tough day, i mentioned it to him, he empathised with my 1st world problem and he gave me a free cookie. Top bloke.
We were the only 2 customers. The girl that served us this morning was cold and spoke the bare minimum. No smile. We ordered 2 ft longs and 6 cookies and weren't offered a bag. No offer for a receipt. Just to top it off, there was a cockroach walking around our feet. We were going to eat in but decided quickly we wont be. Won't come back to this subway again.
CAN I GIVE 10 STARS !! I used to work on Robinson Rd and would come in once to twice a week, The boys where always lovely and knew my order off by heart, if I called ahead and started saying my order they would know who it was straight away... AMAZING SERVICE! : Thought I should show my appreciation as I have recently moved jobs closer to home and today I was applaud by the service and outcome I got from another store! Fair to say I miss the kind staff and the fresh food from this store. Keep up the great work ! please post this on your wall to remind you how great yous are :

me, and everyone i was with rated our subways 11/10, amazing, cookies were spectacular and subway was SO GOOD hot!
Surprised by some of the bad reviews. I've been coming here for 3 years and know pretty much all of the staff as I'm a regular, and all of the staff are amazing. They always make my salad bowls or wraps to perfection and always throw in extras for loyalty.
