I have visited Subway Waiouru a few times and wasn't very impressed with the lack of hygiene and lack of cleanliness. Today we met Sanjay, beautiful customer setvice friendly and obliging. We were here with my family on a lunch rush hour queue served by staff SANJAY who provided excellent service, after waiting to be served behind an Indian couple who took ages to decide what to get, while in the meantime other 3 customers could easily be served. The Indian couple were demanding, fussy, and arrogant to the staff member for having all the extra salads and sauce despite the staff member giving away all the extras still demanding more, upon refusing to give more extras customer tried to bully and blame the staff for being rude.
I've had a lot of subway in my time but this was honestly the best and most loaded sub I've ever had. The guy behind the counter was super lovely and the food was fresh and tasty. Just what I need on a long ride to keep going.
