Absolutely terrible. 2 large salads were half full at best, no cheese and just thrown together. Other locations layered salads and filled to top. Worst subway I’ve ever been to will NOT go back - ever. Pity Subway with this store representing their brand.
There was a "blow fly" in the food container section . I let the workers know twice, they were aware of it but did nothing. Totally unacceptable as it was buzzing around and landing on the meat etc. Please educate the staff to understand the issue here with hygiene. Totally ignorant and obviously not trained to deal with this. I left and was amazed by their lack of care and ate elsewhere.
I’ve ordered an Italian BMT here 3 times and each time, they’ve only put 2 slices of ham stretched across a 12” sub. I’ve told them each time that a BMT has 4 slices of ham, but they inform me that I am incorrect. Can someone from Subway Corporate inform these people the correct number of slices of ham on a 12” Italian BMT please.
Standard Subway options, but prices seem to be 50c to $2 more expensive than other Subways. Customer service is standard, which is still pretty good.
Slowest experience of my life. Everytime I go to this specific subway they take 3 years to make my subway. How hard is it to just put some cucumbers on a piece of bread? Couldn’t fathom the most simple instructions. Very frustrating, extremely hard to remain polite when you feel like you’re talking to a brick wall. Also very stingy with the salads. To put in perspective of how shocking the service was, my brothers order is bread, ham, cheese, and mayo. For the life of them they really struggled with this one. So frustrating.
not sure what happened to this location, but very disappointed, asked for a 6in, ended up with a foot long. Food safety is not a priority at this venue. If you have a weak stomach, avoid this location and find another near by.
Tonight I'll be eating... A big chunk of empty bread. Ordered through Menulog as a treat after a long week. Asked for the Meatball sub and got it without meatballs, cheese or sauce. Literally opened the bread and it had lettuce, two 2 pieces of tomato, one 1 piece of bacon and one 1 piece of cheese in it. Which means whoever made it just saw an empty bread and plopped some lettuce in it and called it a day. Got charged almost 20 dollars for it and haven't been contacted by anyone yet even though we emailed our complaint immediately with photo proof. Never ordering from this Subway location again!
WORST SUBWAY EVER!!! Tried it for 2-3 times before writing this review as I don’t bother much if the food quality is alright but these guys deserve a whack. Certainly customer service sucks but food presentation is even worse. Staff don’t deserve to represent the brand!!!
This one older lady behind the counter was the worse subway worker I’ve ever come accross, and she wasn’t new because she was teaching another person, the blind leading the blind. There was me and 1 other lady in the store and she was rushing around like there was 10 she then proceeded to rush the lady in front of me to tell her sauces and everything before she had even finished giving her the salad recommendations, she then gave the lady barely any salad and was very rude towards the Customer, she then served me and did the same thing giving me barely any salad of what I asked then asked what sauces I wanted and only gave me one of the sauces I asked for, she also some how managed to undertoast both mine and the lady in front of mes order and only put the sandwich in for like 10 seconds useless worker hope she loses her job
If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I went to go get some dinner it was 10 minutes before closing and this rude worker told me she couldn’t serve me. She had ten whole minutes to make a sandwich and refused, which I believe that’s her job. Will never go here again, this worker is rude and lazy and I hope she gets fired.
