I had lunch here it was very good - workers were friendly and provided good portions
I asked for a cup with my meal so I could use the drink fountain. Turned out the Coke Zero fountain was out of syrup or was otherwise non functional I only wanted Coke Zero, with no sugar, so I asked the lady behind the counter if I could swap for a bottled drink instead. I thought this was a reasonable request heck, it probably was MORE than reasonable because the cups hold a lot more than bottles, but I had to argue with this lady who I think was the manager in order to get my drink swapped. She then acted really nasty to me, as if it was my fault the machine wasn't working. I'd recommend avoiding this place. Haven't been back since because of the way I was treated there.
The gentleman serving you is either your “brother” or your “mate” depending on the appearance of ethnicity. I’m Lebanese, so you can assume which one I copped. Neither is there any input to your choice of salads or sauce. All-around rough bloke.
This place should be avoided unless you're desperate and have no standards. I came early in the morning here cause I'm a student at the University. The opening hours starts from 8AM and it was already 8:30AM yet the staff still told me to wait another 10 minutes. On top of that, they don't even have any other types of bread besides the white one! The guy serving us was nervous and I feel really bad for him actually. He was alone in the shop so he probably had to open it by himself. He looked like he was trying his best but if I'm honest, that guy can't make a sandwhich to save his life. He was wayyyy too undertrained and under prepared to be handling a shop by himself and as a fellow student who used to work in hospitality, I can definitely tell that he wasn't comfortable with what he's doing. I don't blame him but I'm blaming whoever the hell that's managing this place. If you want to push the sales up, you need to train your staff to make better food. It's that simple. My sandwich was a mess and the fillings were falling out everywhere. As a bonus treat, I found a strand of hair in my sandwich meatball! Last time I checked, your hair wasn't a part of my order guys. That's disgusting and I couldn't even finish the sandwich because it tasted like overdue milk. Weird simile, I know, but that's legitimately what it tasted like. Thanks to whoever that's managing this place, well done! You just turned me vegan! On second thought, I was low key wishing that I got food poisoned from this place cause I got an essay due soon and I really haven't started. But ah well, only time will tell... What a great way to start my day off! Ranting on google about a Subway shop that probably doesn't get any customers anyway. But seriously though, learn to make a sandwich please.
Staff are rude to customers. They behave often as if they are forced to serve us. Never saw a genuine smile on the staff. Been eating there for 4 years and not at all happy on how things never changed. Staff laughs about customer in front of them making remarks on own language...

The taste is terrible and I wanted to grill the wrap but she didnt ask me if i wanted to. And she said to me as if it was my fault I didnt tell her. Really really terrible service.
I’ve had numerous bad experiences here regarding the customer service and with the quality of the food but my most recent encounter pissed me off, where she was absolutely rude. I would not recommend this particular Subway!
The staff here tend to do the opposite of what you ask for and are very rude to students, no customer service skills at all. Also expect your order to be mixed up if you do not watch the staff make your food properly.
