I started seeing Mark at Suburban Fitness after a serious accident. Over the following months Mark helped me regain the strength and confidence I had lost. He was always friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is completely different to other gyms, it feels a bit more like hanging out with friends or family while exercising. I would definitely recommend using Suburban Fitness if you want to make a change. Thanks Mark :
I walked past Suburban Fitness numerous times ... then one Saturday morning I turned left and walked in the front door to inquire ... The best decision I have made for myself to join and have the weekly PT session with Mark! It is a place where I can be myself and feel comfortable in the environment that Mark has created! I really love the routine we are doing each time. The fitness program that they provide is something that really works on my body. I've been trying to be in shape in years, only Suburban fitness made me achieved my goals. Not only that, I feel valued and respected. The price that I pay for my wellbeing is worth it and very reasonable.
If you want to go to fitness classes that has focus on correct functional movements, that encourages and welcomes you no matter your age, fitness level, or body type, classes that have participants that are as happy for your successes as they are for their own, then you're in the right place! No day is the same, an unwritten but often spoken mantra of "no muscle left behind", you'll leave the classes feeling like you've achieved something. The trainers push and guide you to exceed your physical capabilities. And if that's not enough then they also offer assistance with eating plans, mid morning classes for those with children, the list goes on. I've achieved so much since I've been attending here, so much, and I cannot thank Mark enough for all of his help over the years. This place is more than just a gym, it's a community.
I love this place!! Thank you Mark for providing a fun, friendly & caring place to work out that is always challenging, but also suitable to all fitness levels. I love that every workout is different and there are so many options for classes that there’s no excuse not to go ;
Been coming to this gym for a few years now and love it! Everyone is so welcoming and the vibe during the classes are epic. If you’re looking for a mix of cardio, weights and core then definitely come try it out!
Been at this gym for 2.5 years. Love the vibe, so supportive, fun, good banter. Great range of class times and group workouts have enough variety to keep it fun and interesting. 10/10 from me.
I was unsure about joining a gym but this one is personal and small. Everyone is very supportive and patient! Def recommend I'm really enjoying the classes
Mark has created an inclusive environment. people of all shapes and fitness ability attend the group sessions. The trainers help realign you if your are doing an exercise incorrectly and these tweaks can make all the difference to your muscles and of course, risk of injury. Suburban fitness is also more affordable than other group fitness classes out there. 10/10 recommend!
When you feel totally out of your comfort zone in a gym, this is the one for you. Really friendly culture that makes everyone feel welcome.
