Every time I walk out of the Light Space Yoga studio after a class I feel blessed with a calmness and reminded of the importance of self care - creating the time, the space, the physical, emotional and spiritual value of yoga. All of the instructors have been amazing sharing their knowledge of yoga history, philosophy & terminology, modifications, progressions and delightful kind words of "where you are at today is where you should be". Light Space feels like home. I have been to many different studios around Melbourne and Light Space is by far my favourite. Such beautiful, knowledgable teachers and a friendly community.
