Best tennis shop ever! Phil and Aaron are amazing, they've got the best gears and give you top advices, do not hesitate!
Great help from Phil, also a lovely dog onsite. Recommended two great rackets to demo and as there was a delay getting the racket I chose delivered from supplier let me loan the respective demo fr an extended time. Really the only tennis shop worth visiting has everything you need and more.
Go to Tennis Ranch instead the customer service and experience is far greater. Phil at Strung out was rude, sarcastic, belittled me in front of a friend. Told me he’d contact me again and took my details for a certain racquet, never heard from him since August 2020. Won’t bother with this place ever again.
The staff were really nice and helpful for a couple of amateurs. Talked us through the options at the budget end of the scale, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. Will definitely come back for future needs.
Not a great experience. Could have caught them on a bad day but staff took a long time to acknowledge us and even longer to offer us some help, shop wasn’t particularly busy, one other customer inside. Ended up walking out and taking our money elsewhere!
