A great place to have a kids birthday party! The kids all had a terrific time and the staff took care of everything for me. The venue's atmosphere was better than expected - amazing lighting and good music. We did the laser tag and bowling but there is also mini golf, karaoke, and a bar... so we will have to return again soon to try those out! The staff are friendly and seemed happy to help, which is nice. Thanks so much for such a great experience. :
Overall an easy and enjoyable Bucks night activity! Even with unavoidable tech issues with the escape rooms, the staff members were super accommodating and went out of their way to make our time enjoyable! Little expensive in general but worth it all things considered.
Birthday party n games got arranged very well... everyone enjoyed a lot.. nice happening place....
This place is great, front of house staff are amazing and overall experience is awesome! However… booked 2 games of bowling with a couple of friends yesterday, half way through the second game a staff member tells us we have 5 minutes to finish the game or they will cancel it half way through as there was a booking after us.. as we argued with this they tell us we only have 18 minutes per game technically and no more, as if we are supposed to know that? So we rushed the entire second game in a hurry as a result which kinda ruined the experience. The girl who came to tell us this was only delivering a message from management and is not to be blamed at all, to whoever you are thank you for stalling long enough for us to finish our game we appreciate this more than you know. As I said great place overall, but if your going to book people in so close together, tell your customers about the 18 minute rule, this is not common knowledge.
The lovely lady at the front counter was so nice and very accommodating. The place was super clean, music was not too loud which was perfect. It was a two-family day out and both families were equally happy with the experience. Our kids had so much fun bowling for the first time! We’ll be back.
Not too bad. If they provide us concession then I will gave 5 star. Place is not dirty.
Great facilities and super friendly staff. Did bowling but also enjoyed the mini golf and pool games.
