Love this salon! Always do a great job on my hair. The girls there are lovely and always giving me great advice. Even love their beauty section. Kiara did a great job on my bushy eyebrows. Great to see shape in them now. Would recommend to anyone seeking beauty treatment or a hairdresser in Gympie.

Beware - I requested a cool brown with highlights and walked out with grey, salt and pepper hair. They told me that it had just been over-toned it and it would wash out if I didn’t use my shampoo for a week. I did not say I was happy when I left because I looked like a witch. I washed my hair with an argon oil shampoo and conditioned with head and shoulders - the roots turned orange. I called back to complain because in addition to this there was a blonde foil through my fringe that had a horizontal brown stripe across it. I was told in an aggressive manner that the orange was my fault because I had used grocery store shampoo and conditioner. The ends were also my fault because they were so unhealthy (not true, the blonde ends had been bleached by them). I live two hours away but called on Saturday to arrange to have it fixed. I was told in the rudest possible way that they were fully booked for the day and completely dismissed. I was made feel so awful and uncomfortable for complaining about the salt and pepper orange stripy hair. I now cant tell what is worse - my hair or their service

It was amazing as the girls got the exact style and colour i requested in a do-able time, Defiantly would go again!
