Nice summer rolls prepared fresh and convenient for pho. It is quite pricey though. Food preparation is reasonably fast. It has limited seating and more in the food court. It is busy at lunchtime.

The server girl with an inability to smile has some real attitude problems. I don't think rolling your eyes at everyone and slamming trays around is the right way to attract more customers.  Food is served relatively fast. But the Pho is overpriced and way too salty don't expect them to tell you until AFTER you paid that they've run out of a certain ingredient, my pho didn't have bean sprouts: "we've run out of beansprouts, so just take ur food lol"  I know how hard customer service can be so I wasn't THAT customer that yells in a waitress' face over something small. But having my lunch break ruined by mediocre food and terrible service means I definitely won't be back again and you shouldn't be, either.
