I had a great experience with Stream Shuttle. The drivers were timely, friendly and helpful, the customer services staff were efficient. It's very affordable and a convenient door to door service.
They phoned us with directions to pick up point whilst we were picking up our baggage and they were so polite and very courteous!! Would recommend them! A must to confirm your booking as with all travel arrangements!
This is all that a shuttle service should be. Great communication , timely service, friendly, informative and helpful drivers. Have used them a few times now and it has always been the same great experience. Kudos to the entire team.
Our flivht was delayed and diverted to Canberra due to storm
The driver was suppose to be at pick up between 2.10 and 2.30pm to take my colleague and I to the airport. They never arrived.
Fantastic service from the time of booking till drop off at the airport...on time for pick up and drop off..driver was so very helpful and gave us so much advice..wouldnt hesitate on recommending or using again
Worst service. The customer care guys were very rude. we cancelled the booking and asked our money back but they end the call without any notification. When I called them back they put me on hold for 30 mins. negative stars..
