In the last 6 months Kevin has financed two car purchases for me, and one for my brother. All three purchases were completed in fairly short time frames. Kevin went above and beyond each time, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I recommended Kevin to my brother, and never make a recommendation lightly. The mark of a good company is whether they are still willing to serve you after the deal is complete. Well, 12 months later, Stratton still gives me an extremely high level of customer service. David Humble (Stratton Finance WA) and WA State Manager, Kevin Smith set the benchmark for customer satisfaction; I have used them twice as a result. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I've used Stratton WA and because of the service i received, i'll definitely be going back. I dealt with David Humble who was full-bottle on all the loan options and their respective positives and negatives - was extremely patient while i organised myself, and delivered on his commitments within speedy time frames. He beat all the quotes i got form other lenders and the car yard i purchased my vehicle from. I give David 5 stars for customer service and product knowledge - Stratton is very fortunate to have him on its team.

Great service. In this age of instant gratification, Stratton Finance maintained client centricity at all times. I first contacted Kevin Smith of Stratton Finance almost 1.5 years before we utilised his services. He remained patient throughout and never once failed to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.
