Easy to navigate around and it’s clean most of the time. The employees are very friendly and helpful.nAlso you can get trains every few minutes except on weekends.
Train staff were very helpful. I hadn't been to this station before. Staff helped me in and out of gates as I only had an xpt ticket. Guided me to correct platform and exact spot for my carriage. All done with a smile.
I need to also say that the elevators are so slow that they need to be serviced especially the front entrance before you tap on the noise it makes sounds like something is going to break and also when people use them they all cram in where they don’t know how to use them. I read that the maximum amount of people to fit in is 16 or maybe I’m seeing things. So if reviews are meant to be based on how much they can improve on star ratings then Sydney train station staff should start looking at improvements. Another thing that I would like to mention is when I hear certain announcements saying things that you would get a fine over that’s another thing that I don’t see happening especially when people vaping and staff don’t do anything even when they see someone vape on the station, trains so I just don’t get it so that’s my whinge for more people to read.
Excellent Customer Service, Amazing Product available.
Not so clean. Frequent changes on platforms. But overall a good junction to get anywhere.
