Agree with the previous people. Definitely one of the best lounges that I've been. Great choices of food, with me, being a Vegan, able to eat more choices. Aside from the salads, cheese plates, decent wine and all the soft drinks that one could want. The seatings are clean, spacious.

One of the best places I've been to with Priority Pass and second Strata lounge I've visited. It is modern, clean and spacious. Food quality compensates modesty of selection. Dang, cappuccino and latte are actually different!

I had a six our stop in Auckland so paid $55 to stay in the Strata Lounge. Well worth the money with a well stocked bar and plenty to eat at the buffet. Coffee, soft drink, and free WiFi. Plenty of comfy chairs to lounge around in and shower facilities to freshen up. Awesome value. Highly recommend!

Open, airy, well stocked, and pleasant service. Wifi was fast and there are enough TVs to have a variety of programming, but not so many that the room is dominated by their noise. Our stay spanned the end of lunch and the beginning of dinner, so my only quibble would be that both buffet meals were the same food.

This is my first trip to this lounge since moving upstairs and from rebranding from Emperor Lounge to Strata Lounge. Its a bit of a disappointment. There did not seem to be the variety of snacks as prior visits. The drinks provided were the same. The staff were an improvement, clearing empty glasses, cups and plates quite quickly. There is no natural light - what I thought was a series of windows seemed to be boarded up, I don't know if that is permanent. The kids space is good, the children liked it. It looks like that there is only 1 shower available, there maybe more, but I could only find one. There do not seem to be the number of bathrooms available as downstairs. The shower is also has a toilet in it and used regularly as a toilet (as I could only find a few toilets in the lounge), I would have thought a dedicated type shower room would work better. As the Emperor Lounge I rated it above the Qantas Lounge in Auckland, as Strata Lounge I rate it below the Qantas Lounge in Auckland - this is my comparison only. I am not sure I would visit again, the new lounge seems a lot more open and not as 'intimate' as the Emperor Lounge.
