If I could give a zero star rating I would. Your file seems to be handled by every members of staff and when you call everyone says something different and everyone has a different answer to every question. 

When you call to speak with someone they have always "just walked out the door". 

Be prepared to be spoken down to by ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF. Everyone speaks to you  in a superior manor like you are beneath them. 

Incredibly unprofessional to the point where staff are screaming verbal abuse at you on the phone.  

I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Strata Conveyancing Services was suggested by the agent we went with to sell our property. Had we done our research first we wouldn't have gone through them.
At first it seemed fine & I thought maybe it was on off day in the office but through out the 3ish month period of selling our property, they were consistently terrible.

Poor communication, I had to follow up on things constantly & weren't updated unless I called.
I was spoken down to & when I was told the wrong thing by one of the ladies, the owner called to speak with me & made me feel like I was in the wrong about what happened.
When I asked questions about something I was told, they would just repeat what they said rather than giving me clearer information.

I think the ladies working there have been doing it too long & aren't happy anymore.

Please ladies, if you are reading this.. Take it as constructive criticism, not "oh that's stupid, they don't know what they're talking about". I'm sure your business will continue doing well (assuming it is already), but think about how you are making your clients feel in a process that's already overwhelming for them. Selling my first family home was an awful, awful experience.

Thanks to the one receptionist(??) (who sounded maybe in her 50's) I spoke to on one occasion (out of several) who was not only polite but was very friendly & helpful.

great and easy experience. made buying my block of land extremely easy. even with all the dramas from my broker. very professional group and easy and straight forward to deal with. thanks again.

Not friendly  people.  Hard faces. They can be  good professionals, but the first introduction  was scary.   This happened  18 months ago.

Very poor communication. They have spent few minutes face to face, sent two emails with no useful content and made mistakes at different stages of the process. 

It is not worth spending your valuable time with a company who doesn't care about transparency, communications and customer experience.
