I purchased a bag yesterday that is on sale and it looked like it had a mark on it, the sales representative quickly checked the item and cleaned it for me without me asking for it. Lucky it was just superficial. I was impressed by this and purchased the item. Good customer service!
My mother and I went in today to purchase guess luggage and matching bags not only was there a lack of customer service the two ladies working in there obviously didn’t realise we were together because comments were made that my mother heard about a lack of money based on my appearance. I work fifo and was going to spend over a grand on guess merchandise but I will definitely be going elsewhere. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
Purchased some luggage and a manbag. The sales rep was excellent to deal with and provided some good suggestions. Overall an excellent experience.
The assistant was so helpful and professional. We were waiting behind an old couple who were asking the craziest of questions and thoroughly checking every zip and she did not falter. Hats off to an amazing patient person and so helpful.

My family checked out strandbags in Ocean Keys today just for my younger sisters to suffer a rude and abrupt attitude from ‘Louise’ or so her coworker called her when looking at the hand bags on sale. Coworker was quick to sympathise with ‘Louise’ and was also abrupt and ignored me when making a complaint about her lack of professionalism. Would give 0 stars if I could, and won’t recommend OK strandbags to anyone, embarrassingly poor customer service
Very rude staff Seems we were a inconvenience, not a customer. Being in retail myself found this was inexcusable behaviour . We will be filling our luggage needs elsewhere in the future.
