Super helpful friendly staff. We'll stocked. Clear signage for sales & specific to types of products available. The staff were great, helped me get my luggage sorted for my recent trip. The staff ensured member loyalty and promotion discounts applied to my purchase.
Went in there to purchase a bag and wow, the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge me, really couldn't be bothered to help me when I asked and was frankly just rude. I left empty handed after feeling like I was an inconvenience to her.

I've been going to this store for many years, the staff are absolutely lovely, they're young ladies and so friendly, especially Gorga with her blue hair she is such a cheery person and very helpful. Totally recommend this shop.

Went into the store mid morning. There were no other customers in the store. Sales people were chatting to each other without acknowledging me. After a few minutes of looking, other people entered the store and were greeted with a good morning. Had intentions of buying but not after being ignored so left.
Both staff were extremely helpful They went out of their way to help my wife with a new travelling bag. We both come away very happy with the service Would buy again
The ladies were of absolutely of no assistance at all, the Asian lady kept glancing at my hands and seemed to be under the impression that I was there to steal. So no I won't be going back there's plenty more places where I can brows and shop for a bag and get decent service without being the unpleasant glares!
Walked in as a couple walked out, was the only person in the store and wasn’t even greeted despite walking towards the back of the store and looking at a few items. Appalling for customer service
