Stoyle's is a great spot tucked away in the mainland that reminds me so much of home. The old familiar smell of the fries, dressing and gravy hits you the minute you're in the door, and bys is it ever good. Thirsty? Mere now for a tin a pineapple crush, birch beer or oh my son some diet Pepsi. Went home with a tray of jam jams for the wife and I, tore into them some quick we did. Bys now, great old job.

I've lived a few blocks away for 12 years now and always talked about going; now that we're moving we finally decided to go. At first glance you may think the prices are high but they are very generous with the servings and the quality of the fish is great. My wife had been in the past and recommended I try the fries with gravy and stuffing. Likely not the healthiest thing I've eaten but my oh my was it tasty. Highly recommend Stoyles

Very very expensive, we were there today the first time in several years. We had 2,  2 piece cod, fries dressing gravy plus 2 drinks. $53.00 bucks ouch! and the servings were so small..then to top.it off the older and younger worker that was there never cracked a smile or any kind gesters. There are so many better fish and chip places in cambridge to go for almost half the cost and a smile.

Best fish and chips around. We drive from out of town. Customer service is bang on.

After I heard the news that they were gonna be closing down at the end of April, my dad and I went there and I got myself some french fries, which are SO GOOD! My brother and sister-in-law and their three children recently ordered from there one final time. I really enjoyed this place, and so did my brother, sister-in-law, uncles and my mom. Stoyles will definitely be missed!

Had the family cod meal today on Good Friday. It was lined up out the door. We waited for an hour for our takeout order because it was just that busy. We brought the food home, and it was still really hot... especially the fish. I have family from out of town visiting. They really enjoyed the fish even better then their favourite usual place they frequent. Our food was amazing and the fish wasn't greasy at all. These guys certainly know what they are doing. I would wait anytime to have such fantastic food. I have shopped here before but never tried their cooking. I'm certainly happy I did, and most definitely will be return.

Food taste amazing. I ordered cod with fries, halibut with fries and poutine. Fish are fresh and tasty. French fries  are fresh cut. Impressive.  Small  restaurant  with 4 seating. However  I enjoy this small place. People do walking in and ordered for take out  foods. Staff are friendly. Fast service. Price are reasonable. We will return again.

Food was really good and fresh. We walked in, expecting to get it to go, because of how close it was to closing time. The staff not only kept the seating area opened, they cleaned off a table and offered for us to stay. There were about 10 more people that entered before closing time and the staff accommodated everyone. We were a big fan of their unique pops and chips. Fries were fresh to order and the fish was plentiful to eat. They also had a number of items unique the east coast for purchase. Definately worthwhile going to if you are in the area. Top notch service.

Good food. I had the Large Haddock and Onion Rings. Right now it’s takeaway only for obvious reasons. It’s better if you order over the phone and go pick it up. Otherwise you’ll have to wait 10-15 mins as they make it fresh. Recommended!

Just went for fries with gravy on my last visit....also very good. Next time I will add fish again. Best authentic fish and chips in town, worth the drive and price. Support local!
