Management is past her use by date stuffed up my monthly billing several times over my years stay, gave 2 weeks notice to vacate and left the shed cleaner then when I moved in now the past it management sends me an invoice for another months rent. Good luck with that. Glad to be gone you get what you pay for. Check every invoice I had to.

I'd highly recommend Store Local Tweed Heads. Helen was by far the most helpful person we spoke to out of all the places we contacted, the price was competitive, and the unit is huge and was spotlessly clean. Can't fault them :)

Organising storage was a frustrating added obstacle during a very stressful time with house sale and settlement issues, and dealing with obstructive people in other aspects of my life, so when I encountered Helen, her refreshing manner and unfailing support made something that was difficult into something smooth and easy. She genuinely took a weight off my shoulders because when one problem is easily resolved, it makes it easier to face the others! Thanks, Helen, and the team behind her!
