Claire and Joel run a great storage facility. They were very helpful from the start, explaining how the storage facility operates and doing their best to find the storage unit that best fit our needs. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.
The experience has been great. Even the after hours help I recieved when I was at the wrong site, trying to get in the gate. I was directed to the correct site and easily found the correct storage space. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.
Can’t fault our experience with Storelocal. We rented out a unit for 2 years and had exceptional customer service with both our entry and exit. Thanks for making our moving/building experience much easier!
I would recommend the Bunbury Store Local to anyone. At times I was struggling to make my payments but Joel & Claire were very compassionate, understanding & professional.
Joel was an absolute legend, my mother fell ill and behind on her payments, Joel was very patient and kind about this situation and helped me to transfer the unit into my name and continued the rent at the same price enabling me time to sort out my mother's affairs, made a stressful situation allot less stressful, Joel you have a heart of gold and there's not many people like you left these days and I can't thank you enough!!!!!
Thanks for informing your storage unit customers that won't be able access their storage unit because of a car race in bunbury, that you will say, you apparently did not know about. Pathetic. How hard was a group email or text.
