I really enjoyed the ferry ride. There isn't much to do here and there is no public toilet that I'm aware of.

It's a long walk to the ferry from the car park so be prepared and give yourself enough time to carry things down to the end of the jetty. Boarding the actual ferry can be quite bumpy if there's any wind at all and there are several wooden steps down to the ferry, so it is not very handicap accessible.

Was surprised at how scenic the ferry was to phillip island.. worth the trip

The western port ferry service is good however, the jetty is very basic. Come prepared for a long walk down to the end of the pier to board the ferry. Weather can be unpredictable so dress in layers and bring your own snacks.

Terminal easy to access, parking not so good. Get there early if your travelling on the ferry.
