This review is written in all honesty hence the 1 one star* , Mark Brown and Costa Calaitzis sold my mothers home , They used misleading tactics and ripped her off something chronic. They charged her 10 percent for selling her house plus marketing fees. I recommend to all to stay clear from the agent . They use manupulative tactics to lure you in with their smooth talk and then charge like wounded bulls. They also underquote your property so they can get a guaranteed sale and super high commissions . Please do your homework people . Some agents are only out for themsleves and how much money they can siphone out of you. Its important that you read all reviews prior to comitting .

Untrustworthy. Never sell your House with this mob. Bound to cheat the next person who sells there home with them. If you sell your house with them Good luck. Never again with Stockdale and leggo Mount Waverley

This is for the agent who showed a house for rent in Mt Waverley yesterday. When asked about pool fencing (of which there was none) he said he didn't know. Maybe he needs to brush up on residential laws and liabilities....
