Large serving of fish, the batter was very nice and crispy even after we got back to the hotel.

We have ordered a family serve of fish and chips from here a few times now and it's awesome value for money, there's always a lot more fish than we expected! I would give 5 stars but the batter is rather greasy ..normal with most takeaway f&c places though. Happy to keep going back here, family members that are sensitive to certain oils or something and get crook easily even if the food tastes great seem ok with this place... although it's not great if it's too greasy.

The owners are very accommodating with the orders...great fish and heaps of chips...batter light and crispy ..reasonably priced...great service by a locally owned and operated business ..well done husband and wife team!!! Xx

Soggy chips in oily batter seems to be the norm here. Such a shame because it spoils what may have been a nice piece of fish. The batter simply needs to be a thiner mix.

Freshly made, crunchy batter & chips....yum!!Took a while to get them but well worth the wait. Across from the park you can have a picnic & kids can have a play.

Big servings , food cooked with good oil as batter was very crispy.

It started with a 40 minute wait, as staff were only cooking one order at a time. Finally got food, and we were excited as had great reviews. We were extremely disappointed. The chips were pale, with no flavour. The batter was so thick and overcooked, and the snapper inside was dry and tasteless. The tartar sauce was translucent and really not nice. There was nothing to like. This really is the worst fish and chips I have ever tasted. We did not eat much before feeling sick.
