Thanks to Tarmu, our Tucson now has Apple CarPlay, after being told by one dealer they don’t know and will call back and getting no call, Tarmu got in our vehicle in on the spot and had the software update fitted! Even after a small issue when leaving and our steering wheel controls not working she got it back into the workshop and back on the road again! Thanks heaps for the help!
Really disappointed with their service center. Never go there for car service. Bunch of thieves, over charging for everything. I suggest to go to other service centers if you can avoid this. Edit: I had to make an edit after their comment. The first fact which your esteemed employees may not have told you and it was something they did not even try to help me on the fact that the TPMS issue was 3 years old when the car was still under warranty. I have visited various Hyundai service centers and what they only did was to reset the error. Then it would appear again after a few kilometers. This had happened multiple times. When I mentioned that this has been the case I was simply told that it is out of warranty. And you simply robbed me of $760 for changing the sensors. And when I asked for any slight possibility of discount, I was shown the flip. Also I said, at the least you could have given a complimentary cleaning of the car. And guess what...another flippy. Saying that's only for customers who get the $300 car service. I need not say more I guess.
Worst Experience With the service team ! It was my first service at 1500km for my brand new car ! First of all , they stamped the 10k km on my service passport instead of 1500 km marked location and put a sticker of next service in the front of vision for driver! dude really ? ‘ Small Details Matters’ Secondly , they mentioned that they include complimentary car wash with service which was like a shame as post service when i received car the entire car had water + soap marks ! I literally got annoyed when i saw that , i came home and straight away washed car myself ! Terrible Terrible Experience Not to mention I own Hyundai in my home country as well and never ever any dealership gave me such a bad experience and every time it went flawless including in Australia ! The experience of owning a new vehicle was just ruined at its best ! I will be thinking twice before coming again next time !
I visited Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth in February this year with the intention of buying a brand new i30 Elite. Unfortunately, I have been completely disappointed with the customer service I received. I had an urgent need for a new car relatively soon and had visited multiple car dealers who told me that a new car would take at least 6 months. Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth was the only dealership that gave an estimated delivery date of 30/03/2023 and this is the main reason why I chose to purchase an i30 Elite on the 01/02/2023. I am aware of the potential for delays in delivery but by the first week of May I still had not received my car. I had been told at least 2-3 times to expect the car in ‘the next 7-10 days’ and was told that there were delays in shipping, quarantining, fumigating, and car registration. I could have accepted these delays had I not been aware that cars such as Tesla’s had been ordered in late February and delivered in April and this was despite being informed of a two-week delay in delivery. A mistake on my behalf was not ensuring I had been given a car vehicle identifier VIN# when signing the contract, however, I would expect a genuine dealer to have included this in the contract. So unfortunately, the first time I received my VIN# was in mid-April. The details of this car confused me because the car had apparently been built early January and placed on a ship on the 27/01/2023, from these details I find it difficult to believe that this car is the same car that was discussed the day that I signed the contract. After this disappointing experience, I have learned to ensure I have been given a VIN# when signing a contract for a new car because it seems you just can’t trust your dealers word. I visited Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth hopeful that they would help solve my urgent need for a car. Unfortunately, I had to terminate my contract because I had lost all trust in this dealership. I am suspicious of the actuality of these delays and suspicious of the possibility that the car I would ultimately receive being entirely different to the one that was promised. The only way the dealership was helpful was by facilitating the process of refunding my deposit.
Had my Leaseplan car serviced there 4-5 weeks ago. They ran overtime significantly, no apology. They lost my car- aka when I asked at the service desk how much longer the person went to check and came back to inform me she didn’t know where my car was. They didn’t wash my car. Today I have done a pre check at home before driving to Melbourne and realised that despite paying for coolant they didn’t top it up. Still no apology. Although I will acknowledge they have stated I can bring my car in to get it topped up. Used to be a great place but definitely seen a downhill turn.
Good customer care service, friendly and professional staff. Time concious. I love it, I highly recommend Stillwell Hyundai to everyone. Please try them if you haven't.
Soon after I walked in was greeted by Sam Oneill, customer experience officer in new car sales. All I have to say is.. this man and the wider team at this dealership are outstanding. The best experience! Previously, was looking around at low km i30's and was clearly wasting my time. Everything about this purchase was effortless. The finance arrangement was so good that it was 1-2.5% lower than what I had been previously quoted. What can I say? Well, the pictures might just say it all! A giant thanks to Sam, his team, Michael Nicolo and Shona for being real, respectful and prompt. Truly appreciated.
My fiance' and I picked up our brand new Santa Fe Elite the other week and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Special shoutout to Julien, who went above and beyond to help us every step of the way from day 1 to pickup. His knowledge and impeccable customer service made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable. 11/10.
I purchased a used Genesis from Horsham Hyundai in May and had to drop in to the dealership for screws for the new number plates, a very helpful and friendly salesman not only supplied the screws but also screwed them on for me! I have since had a recall attended to and a service completed but they had trouble uploading the GPS map updates. It took a little while but that has been attended to and is all fixed. The service and attitude from everyone I have encountered has been outstanding and after 34 years of driving BMW I am really happy with the car and the service. Special shout out to Ashley for her excellent service not forgetting all the guys in the background we don't get to meet.
I can highly recommend purchasing your new car from Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth! This was my first and probably last ever new car at the age of 67, so I wanted to make sure I made the right decision. Sam O’Neill was the first person to greet me, and we got along straight away :-. During the many months that it took me to make a decision as to which car to buy, he kept in touch with me, always patient and never “pushy”. In the end, it was the great connection I had made with Sam that brought me back to buy my new Venue! Thanks to Julien also for subbing for Sam when I picked my car up as he couldn’t be there - he was also very patient when explaining all the gadgets! I love my new car, and all thanks to you Sam for helping make the right decision, you were awesome!
